Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re schedule please contact us 72hrs (3 days) in advance. We provide no refunds or returns on booking fees after this time. Includes travel to Tairua, Pauanui, Cooks Beach, Hahei, Whangamata and surrounding areas. Outside of these areas may include a travel charge of $0.95 cents + gst per km from Tairua base. Our rate includes travel to surrounding areas and labor for one person and excludes any materials such as fuel, chemicals, waste/dumping fees, equipment hire or usage such as wood chippers, lawn mowers, extra labor/person, height equipment or other.
